Mercury Holidays has launched an upgrade to its ‘Manage My Booking’ tool, designed to streamline the booking process and reduce administrative tasks for travel agents.
The platform allows customers who book through trade partners to manage several aspects of their holiday independently. Key features include access to booking overviews and guest details, flight information and check-in guidance.
Additionally, customers can download destination travel guides and submit Advance Passenger Information (API) and passport details directly through the secure portal.
The launch is part of a digital investment strategy by Mercury Holidays to support its trade partners as demand for worldwide holidays and escorted tours increases.
By providing customers with direct access to routine booking information, the company aims to reduce the volume of administrative queries handled by agents.

Joshua Harford, Commercial Manager at Mercury Holidays, said: “This launch is about reducing the administrative burden on agents while improving the customer’s experience and access to their holiday details. By giving customers direct access to key booking information, agents can spend less time handling routine queries and more time focusing on sales and delivering a more personalised service.”
The updated platform sits alongside the existing Agent Portal, which remains the primary hub for agents to access invoices and booking data.
The digital rollout follows the recent release of the operator’s 2026–2027 brochure collection, covering escorted tours, river and ocean cruises and worldwide holidays.
