The inaugural Travel For Every Body Awards will take place on October 22 2025 at Mercure London Earl’s Court.
The awards ceremony will run from 2pm to 5pm and will feature drinks, networking and an awards presentation spotlighting the winner in each category.
The venue provides a range of accessibility features, including lifts and ramps throughout, wheelchair-friendly routes and blue badge parking.
The hotel also welcomes assistance dogs and has audible alarm systems, clear signage and staff available to assist guests with disabilities.
